Please take a look at the tips to manage Covid-19 symptoms at home created by the NSW Government to provide you with some general guidance about symptoms and suggest some measures to deal with pain and fever, click it to download a PDF file.
In these 5 – 7 days, I will suggest you KEEP DOING THINGS as below.

From day 4 to day 7, you may experience a variety of symptoms, depending on how strongly the virus has entered your body. Therefore, you need to identify carefully. If the situation gets worse, please ask for professional help immediately.
1. If it gets worse and worse: –> see professional help.
2. If it gets slowly better but still has more flu symptoms: –>try to take Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine). [* Please note that if your condition worsens the next day after taking Sudafed and your symptoms are still worse, stop using it and seek professional assistance.]
3. If things get better and your energy returns but you still have some flu symptoms: –>Paracetamol
4. If you are relieved of most of the symptoms and left with only a cough: –> not take medication and KEEP DOING THINGS consistently.
How do you know you are ending your quarantine?
Please check your local government instructions, such as those from the Queensland Government:
1. Any acute respiratory symptoms have substantially reduced
2. No fever for at least 24 hours without using any medications
If you still have symptoms after 7 days, you should stay home until your symptoms are gone. Seek medical professional care if you are not sure.
Payoff
Preparation may have some side effects from Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) on you.
You might have some nausea, insomnia, and depression caused by Sudafed side effects. Therefore, it is recommended that you do not take this tablet from the first day or for too many days and always ask your professional provider. If you have some side effects, it might exit your body within 1 to 4 days, but when your urine is more acidic, the Sudafed will leave your body faster. Therefore, You can eat a high-protein diet such as fish, beans, and nuts to make your urine acidic, so it passes faster.
It is strongly recommended by the Queensland Government that do not enter high-risk setting areas for at least 5 days after ending quarantine, these areas include hospitals, aged care facilities and disability accommodation services. Make sure you no longer have any symptoms and comply with any additional infection prevention measures required.
Everyone should have the right concept to protect each other. If you have symptoms, you should be quarantined for 7 days. If you are not sure whether you have COVID, please use a COVID-19 test kit to check it. Do not enter high-risk areas with any mild symptoms. Thanks for reading and contributing to the world.
